Services can be contracted on their own or combined, according to what the property needs.

An engagement is formalized in a commercial proposal, a quote, a statement of work, a contract or another applicable document.

Where relevant, that document defines scope, deliverables, timing, commercial terms and each party’s responsibilities.

4. Proposals, prices and payment

General information published on the site may be explanatory. The specific scope depends on the proposal.

Prices, taxes, payment method, validity and other commercial terms are those stated in the corresponding commercial document.

The applicable commercial proposal prevails over any general or explanatory information published on these pages.

Nothing on this site is a closed offer. We also do not guarantee search rankings, bookings or revenue.

6. Andario Booking Engine

Andario Booking Engine is Andario Hospitality’s own technology. It is meant to support processes related to availability, rates, reservations, guests and other digital processes of a property.

It is provided according to the features that are contracted and available.

Access, setup, support, availability, payments, integrations and the other characteristics of the service are set in the specific conditions of each engagement.

This corporate site explains the solution. It does not check availability or create guest reservations.

7. Third-party services

Some services may depend on outside providers. For example, communication platforms, hosting, email, payment gateways, APIs, analytics or other technology services.

When a service depends on an outside platform or provider, it may be subject to that provider’s conditions, policies, availability and restrictions.

Providers involved in this site, where they are defined, are described in the privacy policy.

8. Intellectual property

What belongs to Andario

Unless the applicable contract or proposal says otherwise, Andario keeps ownership of its brand, name, logo, software, code, architecture, components, methodology, documentation, design and its own content.

What the property provides

Photographs, logos, copy, information and other materials from the property remain with their owner.

These terms do not give Andario rights over third-party materials.

9. Availability, maintenance and updates

We aim to keep the site and contracted services reasonably available.

Maintenance, updates, infrastructure failures, third-party incidents, connectivity problems or other circumstances beyond reasonable control can occur.

We do not promise uninterrupted availability.

10. Responsibility

It helps to distinguish the corporate site, contracted services, third-party services and information the property provides.

Andario aims to keep the site available and secure within reasonable operating conditions.

General information on the site is explanatory. The scope of a contracted service is the scope of the document that governs it.
